REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

REKHAA LOKA is a coaching and consulting program offered by REKHAA N  (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to application fees, program enrolment, cancellations, deferrals, and refunds.

By submitting an application, paying an application fee, booking a consultation call, or enrolling in REKHAA LOKA program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Application Fee

To apply for REKHAA LOKA and reserve a consultation slot, an application fee of ₹499 may be payable through our designated payment gateway.

The application fee is paid for the application and consultation/selection process and does not constitute enrolment into the REKHAA LOKA program.

The application will be reviewed after submission. We may accept or decline an application based on the program’s eligibility criteria, availability, and suitability.

2. Refund of Application Fee

If an application is not accepted by us, the ₹499 application fee will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines.

If an applicant is accepted and subsequently chooses to proceed with the program, the application fee may be adjusted against the applicable program fee, if specifically communicated by us.

If an applicant fails to attend the scheduled consultation call without prior notice, the application fee may be treated as a booking/application fee and may not be refundable or transferable.

Any refund, where applicable, will generally be processed within 7–10 working days after the refund is approved, subject to the payment gateway and banking system.

3. Program Enrolment and Payment

REKHAA LOKA enrolment is confirmed only after the applicable program fee or agreed payment amount has been successfully received.

The program fee, payment schedule, applicable taxes, and other commercial terms communicated to the Client at the time of enrolment will apply to that enrolment.

Once program access, course materials, recordings, community access, coaching, consulting, or other program services have been provided or activated, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by this Policy and the specific terms communicated at the time of enrolment.

4. Cancellation After Enrolment

REKHAA LOKA is a structured coaching and consulting program involving digital content, live sessions, guidance, community/support, resources, and implementation support.

Accordingly, once the Client has received access to the program or its substantive services have commenced, refunds will generally not be available merely because the Client changes their mind, becomes unavailable, does not attend sessions, does not complete assignments, or chooses not to continue with the program.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

5. Non-Attendance Does Not Constitute Cancellation

Failure to attend live sessions, coaching calls, consulting sessions, community sessions, or other scheduled activities does not automatically constitute cancellation of the program and does not create an automatic right to a refund.

The Client is responsible for participating in the program and completing the implementation activities within the applicable program period.

6. Deferral / Pause

Where genuinely unavoidable circumstances prevent a Client from participating in the program, the Client may submit a written request for a deferral or temporary pause.

Any deferral or pause will be considered at our discretion, depending on the circumstances, program schedule, and availability.

A deferral, if approved, may be subject to specific conditions, including a revised participation date or applicable reactivation fee.

A deferral request does not automatically create a right to a refund.

7. No Refund for Lack of Results

REKHAA LOKA is a coaching and consulting program. Results depend on several factors, including the Client’s individual circumstances, implementation, participation, consistency, decisions, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee any specific financial, business, personal, professional, or other outcome from participation in the program.

Examples, testimonials, case studies, or experiences of other participants are provided for illustrative purposes and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee of a particular result.

Failure to achieve a personal or business goal does not, by itself, create an entitlement to a refund.

8. Termination Due to Violation of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Client’s access to REKHAA LOKA where the Client:

- materially breaches the Terms & Conditions;

- shares or distributes confidential or proprietary program material without authorization;

- shares login credentials or unauthorized access;

- records, reproduces, sells, distributes, or commercially exploits program content without permission;

- engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, disruptive, or unlawful conduct;

- materially interferes with the program, team, coaches, or other participants; or

- otherwise materially breaches the applicable terms of participation.

Where access is terminated because of a material breach by the Client, no refund will ordinarily be payable for the unused portion of the program, subject to applicable law.

9. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to the program, community, sessions, and digital platforms.

Temporary interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, internet/network problems, third-party platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not automatically entitle the Client to a refund.

Where reasonably practicable, we may reschedule affected sessions or provide an alternative means of access.

10. Cancellation by Us

If, for reasons within our control, we are unable to commence or continue the REKHAA LOKA program and do not provide a reasonable alternative, any refund applicable to the unprovided portion of the service will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.

If a program is postponed, we may offer the Client an alternative batch, revised schedule, or other reasonable alternative before processing any eligible refund.

11. Payment Gateway and Duplicate Transactions

All payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or another authorized payment provider.

If a payment is debited from the Client’s account but the transaction is unsuccessful or the service/enrolment is not confirmed, the Client should contact us with the transaction details.

After verification, any amount confirmed as refundable will be processed through the applicable payment gateway.

12. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the amount to appear in the Client’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.

We are not responsible for delays caused solely by the banking or payment-processing system.

13. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted through our official communication channel:

The request should include:

1. Client’s full name

2. Registered email address

3. Transaction/payment reference

4. Date of payment

5. Program name

6. Reason for the request

7. Any supporting information relevant to the request

Requests submitted through unofficial personal numbers, social media messages, community groups, or other informal channels may not be considered as formal refund requests.

14. Review of Refund Requests

Each refund request will be reviewed based on:

- the date of payment;

- the date of enrolment;

- whether program access was activated;

- services already delivered;

- applicable cancellation terms;

- the nature of the request;

- the Client’s compliance with the applicable Terms & Conditions; and

- applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Where a refund is not available under this Policy, the Client will be informed of the reason.

15. No Waiver of Statutory Rights

Nothing contained in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any right, remedy, protection, or obligation that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable laws of India.

If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

16. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of that transaction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the applicable laws relating to contracts.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the Agreement, or the REKHAA LOKA Program shall be subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Subject to applicable law, the City Civil Court at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the Agreement, or the REKHAA LOKA Program.
